Ordering any clothing online, especially school uniform, requires a great deal of care and attention to detail from both the customer and the retailer if expensive and time-comsuming errors are to be avoided.
To ensure that you receive the best possible service from our online operation please ensure that you accurately complete all the required sections of the order form including a contact telephone number(s) to be used to quickly resolve any issues that might arise with your order.
Please remember that the online section of our business is just a method of ordering the same stock that you can purchase over-the-counter in our Faversham shop. If an item is out of stock in the shop it will also be out of stock if ordered online. Also if the shop is closed (eg over a Bank Holiday weekend) any on-line orders placed during the closure period will not be processed until the day the shop re-opens for business.
__________ Home Delivery ____________
Our convenient home delivery service costs just £5.95 per order or is FREE for orders totalling over £150. The average lead time for home delivery is 3-5 working days but this is subject to the item required being in stock. You will be advised if an item you have ordered is out of stock and given an expected delivery date.
__________ Weekly School Delivery __________
For selected schools and special units we offer a FREE delivery service (usually weekly) to the school during term time. This service is only available to the schools listed below. All orders are subject to stock availability (see below). Please make sure you enter the students name and form in the 'delivery instructions' box at the checkout.

__________ Collect from Store __________
To collect a school uniform that you have previously ordered (On-line, by Telephone or In store) from our shop in Faversham please wait for a 'Dispatched' email or a telephone call prior to coming to the shop to make a collection to ensure that your order is complete and ready for collection before you travel.
Most orders will be ready for collection within 3-5 working days but this is subject to stock availability and may take longer if items are out of stock either at our shop or at the suppliers.

Our online shop does NOT show a live stock status and whilst we endeavour to always have stock available for immediate dispatch, some items may sell out from time to time but will still show as being available to order online. Once ordered you will be notified by email (usually within 3-5 working days) if an item is ‘Awaiting Stock’. This means your item(s) has been put on order with the appropriate supplier and will be dispatched to you as soon as stock becomes available. Most items take on average 15 working days for stock replenishment; however some may take longer, especially during peak times. As soon as the item(s) are back in stock you will be notified via a 'dispatched' email, and the items will be sent via your chosen delivery method or can be collected from our shop..
Orders placed online may be paid either through PayPal or by a credit or debit card - you do not need to be a Paypal member to pay by card online. Just follow the instructions to click though the Paypal portal.
PLEASE NOTE: You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay using a credit or debit card
If paying via card you will be directed to our PayPal payments page where you can either log in your PayPal account (if you have one), or you can simply enter your card payment details by clicking on the section that says 'Don't have a PayPal account?'.
Note - We are unable accept payments via American Express
If you wish to pay by cheque please select this option at the checkout, print out your receipt, and post with your cheque (made payable to 'Term Time Unifoms') to our standard address.
Please note that your order cannot be processed, dispatched or collected until your cheque has cleared at the bank ( usually four working days) and payment is confirmed as being recieved in full.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have received or purchased from us, you may return it in its original condition within 28 days of purchase or delivery for an exchange or full refund (excluding carriage). All returned goods must be in resalable condition with all tags and labels attached. Any parts, goods or accessories that accompany the product being returned must also be returned. Goods should be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. If the return is due to a faulty garment or we have sent an item in error then we will offer a replacement or full refund (including carriage), provided we are made aware of this within 10 working days.
Please be aware that items returned for any other reason may be subject to a restocking charge when a refund rather than an exchange is requested.
